Crossroads Mission

Every day our dining room is visited by hundreds of people. Some are homeless men, women, and children that will eat their only meal of the day at our table. Others are individuals and families that have a home but for some reason are not able to make ends meet. All meals at Crossroads Mission are open to everyone staying at Crossroads Mission and to the general public. Anyone can come and eat with us. All meals are completely FREE.

Catholic Community Services Yuma Senior Nutrition Program

Senior Nutrition – Congregate Meals – CCS-Yuma

Seniors and adults with disabilities can share a light breakfast and a nutritious lunch with other friendly seniors when they attend CCS – Yuma’s Senior Nutrition Congregate Meal Program. The noon meal is designed to meet one-third of an older adult’s daily nutritional requirements. Along with the meals, seniors also visit with friends, participate in fun activities, and receive information on healthy aging and self-care.

Congregate meals are for persons aged 60 and over (or spouse, regardless of age), who are in greatest social and economic need for meals and/or socialization.

Participants are given an opportunity to contribute towards the cost of the meal, and there is a suggested donation at the center.
